I have a real tendency to isolate myself. I’ll sit in my office working or reading or thinking, not talking to anyone - and then I’ll start to feel depressed and agitated and not really know why.

And then someone will come by for a few minutes of random conversation or I’ll get up and walk around and talk to a few people and I’ll suddenly feel 10 times better.

Reminder to self: introverts need people too.
