My surgeon shared this video with me this morning and all I can think while watching it is there but for the grace of God go I.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2007 at age 30. I was lucky - thanks to some excellent doctors, we caught it early and I’m completely fine today…but as this video proves, some men aren’t as fortunate.

I should probably do more to share my story…the assumption is that prostate cancer is an old man’s disease, but that’s not always the case. And it’s remarkably easy to detect if you get the proper screening. Thankfully, I had some odd symptoms and got that screening. Unfortunately, that doesn’t always happen.
